What's New At The Supershow What's new at the 2002 NSW Caravan, Camping, 4WD & Holiday Supershow? Plenty! As always, Supershow exhibitors display the very latest makes, models, styles and designs, as well as all the tried and true favourites. Here's just a sample of what you can expect to see at this year's Show:5th Wheelers: Prepare yourself for a whole new experience in caravanning pleasure! Proudly brought to you by Indian Pacific Caravans, the amazing 5th Wheel design has been popular in America for over 40 years. Suitable for towing with a ute, the 5th Wheeler caravan offers fully insulated solid steel construction as well as exceptional luxury. Every Indian Pacific 5th Wheeler is built to order using the latest in technology, materials and equipment. The Sensational Smart Bar: Safety comes first with this new, hi-tech bull bar, which you'll find on the Opposite Lock stand. Manufactured from space age plastic, the Smart Bar flexes in a collision, absorbing up to 70% more impact than a metal bull bar. The Smart Bar significantly reduces the likelihood of damaging other vehicles, pedestrians or wildlife in a collision and is also compatible with air bag technology. The York Brand is Back: Remember York Caravans? Well, they're back! Visit the Colonial Caravans stand to re-acquaint yourself with a van that earned a wonderful reputation as a sturdy, top quality family unit. Colonial are proud to distribute the new look York Caravans and will have a selection on their stand for you to preview. New Model 4WDs: Come to the Supershow to see what's new in 4WD vehicles. Jeep, Mitsubishi, Mercedes, Nissan, Toyota, Holden and Daewoo will be exhibiting all their latest models, some of which have only recently been released. Camper Closing System: Aussie Swag Campers have developed a revolutionary electric closing system for their flip-over style campers. The days of manual lifting are over! Visit the Aussie Swag stand to see this innovative labour saving device. Kitchen Comfort: The original DRIFTA Camping Kitchen is specially designed to help campers and travellers stay organised in the bush. Luke Sutton originally came up with the idea for a portable camp kitchen while working as a mule packer and guide for hunters and tourists in the wilds of North Western America. He adopted the idea of a compact box and incorporated a gas stove and fold out shelves to create the original DRIFTA Camping Kitchen. |
